The instructor is Professor Floyd Weatherspoon of Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. Professor Weatherspoon teaches Labor Law, Labor Arbitration, Employment Discrimination, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and a seminar on African-American Males and the Law. He has published in the area of employment discrimination law, and is a frequent speaker at national conferences on this and related topics. Professor Weatherspoon serves on a number of labor arbitration/mediation panels; he is also an External Administrative Judge for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
