Harassment and discrimination can be based on such things as race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, disability (including obesity) or prior psychiatric treatment, marital status or political affiliation. This workshop will take a look at a wide range of behaviors that may constitute discrimination and harassment. The instructor is Gary E. Thomas, Esq. Mr. Thomas is a Partner in the Atlanta Office of Powell Goldstein, LLP. He is a member of the Firm’s National Labor, Employment and Immigration practice with extensive experience in employment litigation, arbitration, mediation, class actions and jury trials.
