Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to identify
behavior that is discriminatory, know the steps to follow as a
complainant, and know what to do if they are the respondent. Course
topics include The Law, Types of Complaints Processed by the Opportunity
Development/Diversity Education Planning Office, I have a
complaint...what should I do?, I am the accused...what are my rights?
and The Georgia Open Records Act.
This workshop includes a mock investigation.
