This is the annual review of the Georgia State University Affirmative
Action Plan.  The University's Affirmative Action Plan as a tool for
best practices and establishing a diverse workforce in an urban
university setting is presented. Affirmative Action Plan terminology,
self-imposed goals, problem areas, and a look at the 
University by sex and race are presented. Diversity Plans and best
practices of University departments are highlighted.
