The following is a summary of Georgia State University Police reports
from 7:00 a.m. July 13 2006 through 7:00 a.m. July 17 2007.

Arrests 

7/13/07
Peachtree St
07-0573	Officers arrested a non-GSU individual for Driving on a
Suspended License. Officers observed the suspect fail to yield to a
pedestrian in a crosswalk and stopped the vehicle. A driver history
check showed a suspended license. The suspect was arrested, processed
and taken to Fulton County Jail.

Blue Lot
07-0574	Officers arrested a non-GSU individual as an Agency
Assist. The officer observed the suspect looking into cars in the blue
lot.  Officers stopped the suspect and conducted a criminal history
check which showed a warrant for the suspect. The suspect was arrested,
processed and taken to Fulton County Jail. 

Decatur St
07-0575	Officers arrested a non-GSU individual for Attempted
Robbery.   The complainant, a non-GSU individual stated that the suspect
took an envelope of his containing $140. Officers found the suspect a
short time later.  The suspect was arrested, processed and taken to
Fulton County Jail. 


7/14/07
141 Auburn Ave
07-0578	Officers arrested three non-GSU individual for Poss. Of
Marijuana and Fraud. Officers observed the suspects about to smoke some
marijuana and arrested the suspects. While searching the car officers
found multiple fake IDs with one of the suspect pictures on them and
credit cards with names matching the fake IDs.  The suspect confessed to
using false identities to defraud credit card companies and banks. All
three suspect were processed and taken to Fulton County Jail. The case
is being handled by GSU Investigations and the US Secret Service. 

7/16/07
Wall St
07-0581	Officers arrested a non-GSU individual for Obstruction
and Battery. The complainant, a non-GSU individual, stated that the
suspect asked him for food and when he did not give him any the suspect
threw a rock at him. When officers tried to detain the suspect he fought
officers and kicked out a window in one of the police cars. The suspect
was processed and taken to Fulton County Jail.

7/13/07
General Classroom Building
07-0577	Officers issued a non-GSU individual a Criminal Trespass
Warning. Officers observed the suspect walk into GCB and go into the
bathroom. The suspect had no reason for entering GCB. The suspect was
issued a CTW and escorted off campus. 

7/16/07
Aderhold
07-0579	Officers issued a non-GSU individual a Criminal Trespass
Warning. Officers observed the suspect walk into ALC and go into the
bathroom. The suspect had no reason for entering ALC. The suspect was
issued a CTW and escorted off campus.
