The suspect was stopped and a CTW check was done which yielded positive results. The suspect was arrested, processed and taken to Fulton County Jail. 6/3/07 Broad St 07-0444 Offices arrested a non-GSU individual for Entering Auto. Officers observed the suspect breaking in to a vehicle on Broad Street. The suspect was arrested, processed and taken to Fulton County Jail. GSU PD was notified of a suspect attempting to pull the door off its hinges but had since left the area. When officers arrived they observed the door to a computer lab damaged. The complainant, a GSU student, stated that he used the ATM machine in the Student Center and left his card in the ATM. When he returned he noticed someone had taken $100 out of his account. The suspect was issued a CTW and escorted off campus. 6/3/07 M-Deck 07-0446 A report was filed for Entering Auto. The complainant, a GSU student, stated she parked her car in M-deck at 2:00 pm. When she returned to her car at 3:30 pm she noticed her window broken and 4 pairs of shirt and pants were missing. A search of the area was conducted with negative results. Urban Life 07-0450 A report was filed for Theft. The complainant, a GSU student, stated that at 1:00 pm she parked her bike in front of urban Life. The complainant, a GSU student, stated that at 700 pm he parked his bike in front of ALC. When he returned at 8:30 pm he noticed his bike was missing. At 11:21 pm the Wingnuts in the Village was robbed at gun point by three black males. No one was hurt during the robbery. Ga Tech PD and GSU PD are currently investigating the incident. On Monday, June 4, 2007 at 11:23 p.m., three suspects entered the Wingnuts and placed an order. When the suspect handed the cashier their money to pay they attempted to grab the register and the cashier and suspects fought. At that point one of the suspects pulled out a handgun and the cashier gave up the register. No one was hurt during the robbery. The suspects are described as three black young males, all wearing black hats and black sunglasses. One male had on a solid red short sleeved tee-shirt with dark blue shorts. The second male, who grabbed the victim and snatched the register, wore a light yellow colored short sleeved polo shirt with blue stripes and blue jeans. The third male, who was armed and pointed a black handgun, wore a two toned short sleeved shirt that was dark green at the top and white at the bottom and black shorts. Edgewood Ave 07-0461 Officers arrested a non-GSU individual for Disorderly Conduct. Officers observed the suspect yelling at a store clerk. When the officer tried to interview the suspect the he became hostile. Sports Arena 07-0490 A report was filed for Vandalism. The complainant, a GSU student, stated that at 2:39 pm she noticed that several light bulbs were broken in the gym and the sinks in the bathroom were plugged causing a flood in the bathroom. The case is being handled by Investigations. M-Deck 07-0491 A report was filed for Entering Auto. The complainant, a GSU student, stated that at 7:12 pm she noticed her vehicle had been broken into but nothing was stolen. A search of the area was conducted with negative results. 6/19/07 Student Center 07-0494 A report was filed for Theft from building. The complainant, a GSU student, stated that at 10:40 am he noticed his bag was missing. A search of the area was conducted with negative results. Student Center 07-0495 A report was filed for theft from building. The complainant, a GSU student, stated that at 9:15 am he left his bag on a table in the student center and went to get breakfast. When he returned he noticed his bag was missing. A search of the area was conducted with negative results. Sports Arena 07-0496 A report was filed for theft from building. The complainant, a GSU student, stated that at 3:30 pm she left her cell phone on a desk. When she returned she noticed it was missing. A search of the area was conducted with negative results. 6/20/07 Classroom South 07-0500 A report was filed for theft of lost or mislaid property. The complainant, a GSU student, stated that at 7:55 pm she noticed it was missing. A search of the area was conducted with negative results. 6/21/07 Classroom South 07-0503 A report was filed for Burglary. Officers noticed that a door in CS was off its hinges and investigated. The investigation revealed that computers had been stolen from inside the classroom. The case is being handled by Investigations. 6/21/07 Aderhold 07-0505 A report was filed for theft from building. The complainant, a GSU staff member, stated that at 9:00 am he noticed that a computer was missing from ALC. The case is being handled by Investigations. Sparks Hall 07-0507 Officers issued a non-GSU individual a Criminal Trespass Warning. Officers observed the suspect panhandling in Sparks Hall. The suspect was issued a CTW and escorted off campus. Aderhold 07-0508 A report was filed for theft from building. The complainant, a GSU staff member, stated that at 9:00 am he noticed that a computer was missing from ALC. Sparks Hall 07-0517 A report was filed for Burglary. The officers found that a computer room in sparks hall had its door taken off the hinges. Two computers were missing from the room. At 10:00 am the complainant, a GSU student, stated that he could not find his cell phone. A search of the area was conducted with negative results. Library South 07-0528 A report was filed for Theft from building. The complainant, a GSU student, stated that on 5/17/07 his laptop was taken from the library. Aderhold 07-0530 A report was filed for theft from building. The complainant, a GSU staff member, stated that at 5:00 pm he noticed that a computer was missing from ALC. The case is being handled by Investigations. 6/26/07 Aderhold 07-0531 A report was filed for theft from building. The complainant, a GSU staff member, stated that at 8:30 am he noticed that a computer was missing from ALC. The case is being handled by Investigations. General Classroom Building 07-0533 A report was filed for Theft of lost or mislaid property. At 10:00 am the complainant, a GSU student, stated that he could not find his cell phone.
