Georgia State University Police Department
The following is a summary of Georgia State University Police reports
from 7:00 a.m. June 1 2006 through 7:00 a.m. June 4 2007.

Arrests 

6/4/07
5 Points Plaza
07-0449	Officers arrested two non-GSU individual for Poss of
Marijuana. The officers observed the two suspects smoking what appeared
to be a marijuana cigar. The suspects were stopped and officers located
6 more bags of drugs on their person. The suspects were arrested,
processed and taken to Atlanta City Jail. 

Auburn Ave
07-0451	Officers arrested a non-GSU individual for Disorderly
Conduct and Poss. Of Marijuana. The officer observed the suspect
urinating on the street. Officers detained the suspect and conducted a
criminal history check which yielded positive results for a warrant. A
search incident to arrest located the drugs. The suspect was arrested,
processed and taken to Fulton County Jail. 

Reports

6/4/07
Student Center
07-0448 	Officers issued a non-GSU individual a Criminal Trespass
Warning. The officer observed the suspect loitering in the student
center. Officers stopped the suspect who had no reason for being in the
building. The suspect was issued a CTW and escorted off campus. 

Urban Life
07-0450	A report was filed for Theft. The complainant, a GSU
student, stated that at 1:00 pm she parked her bike in front of urban
Life. When she returned at 3:00 pm she noticed her bike was missing. A
search of the area was conducted with negative results. 

Aderhold
07-0452	A report was filed for Theft. The complainant, a GSU
student, stated that at 700 pm he parked his bike in front of ALC. When
he returned at 8:30 pm he noticed his bike was missing. A search of the
area was conducted with negative results. 

Village (Wingnuts) 
07-0453	A report was filed for Robbery. At 11:21 pm the Wingnuts
in the Village was robbed at gun point by three black males. No one was
hurt during the robbery. Ga Tech PD and GSU PD are currently
investigating the incident. A timely notice has been posted.
