The following is a summary of Georgia State University Police reports
from 7:00 a.m. March 19, 2006 through 7:00 a.m. March 22, 2007.

Arrests 

3/20/07
Library Plaza
07-0236	Officers arrested a non-GSU individual for Criminal
Trespass. Officers responded to a call of a person panhandling in the
plaza. The officers located the suspect and conducted a criminal history
check with came back positive for a previous CTW. The suspect was
arrested processed and taken to Fulton County Jail. 

3/21/07
Aubrun Ave
07-0239	Officers arrested a non-GSU individual as Service
Assistance. Officers stopped the suspect for a traffic violation and
conducted a criminal history check with came back positive for a
warrant. The suspect was arrest, processed and taken to Fulton County
Jail. 

Edgewood Ave
07-0241	Officers arrest a juvenile for carrying a concealed
weapon. Officers responded to a fight call and when they arrived the
suspect fled attempted to throw the weapon while fleeing. Officers
arrested the suspect and retrieved the weapon.  The suspect was issued a
copy of charges and released to his parents. 

Reports

3/19/07
General Classroom Building
07-0234	Officers issued a non-GSU individual a Criminal Trespass
Warning. The officers observed the suspect in front of GCB with his
hands down his pants touching himself. The officer issued the suspect a
CTW and escorted him off campus. 


Alumni Hall
07-0235	A report was filed for Assault. The complainant, a GSU
student, stated that she arrived at Alumni Hall for the regent’s test
but arrived late. The test administrator told the student that she had
to leave and escorted her out touching her arm.  The case is being
handled by Investigations. 

03/21/07
Information Desk
07-0237	A report was filed for Stalking. The complainant, a GSU
student, stated that she has noticed a man following her.  The case is
being handled by Investigations. 

Kell Hall
07-0238	A report was filed for theft from building. The
complainant, a GSU staff member, stated that while cleaning the room she
noticed that a trash bag was missing from the classroom. Upon further
review she noticed a computer monitor missing.  The case is being
handled by Investigations.
