The following is a summary of Georgia State University Police reports
from 7:00 a.m. October 17, 2007 through 7:00 a.m. October 18, 2007.

 

Arrests

10/17/07

Commons

07-0894           Officers issued a GSU Student a Criminal Trespass
Warning. Officers responded to the commons to meet with a student who
was arrested the day before for drug possession charges. The student was
also told by housing not to return until housing contacted him. 
Officers located the suspect and issued him a CTW ordering him again no
to return.  While processing the suspect he admitted to being under the
influence of MDMA (ecstasy) and EMS was notified. EMS transported the
suspect to Grady for observation.

 

G-deck

07-0896           Officers arrested a non-GSU individual as an agency
assist. The officers were called to G-Deck in reference to a person
looking into vehicles. When the officers arrived they located the
suspect and conducted a criminal history check which came back positive
with an active warrant for the suspect. The suspect was arrested,
processed and taken to Fulton County Jail.
