The following is a summary of Georgia State University Police reports
from 7:00 a.m. October 26, 2007 through 7:00 a.m. October 29, 2007.

 

Arrests

 

10/26/07

K- Deck

07-0930       Officers arrested two non-GSU individual for Kidnapping.
While walking to her vehicle a GSU student was kidnapped at gun point
and forced to withdraw fund from her bank account.  The suspects later
let her go without harming her. Police were able to locate the suspects
and arrested both suspects. The suspects were processed and taken to
Fulton County Jail were they are being held without bond.  The student
suffered no injuries. 

 

Reports       

10/26/07

Commons

07-0927       Officers issued a GSU student a Criminal Trespass
Warning. Officers were called by an RA who stated the suspect was told
not to be in the Commons by himself. The suspect refused to comply with
the RA's request and was issued a CTW from the Commons.  The suspect was
escorted out of the commons without incident. 

 

10 Park Pl

07-0929       A report was filed for Theft of lost or mislaid property.
The complainant, a GSU staff member, stated that on 10/24/07 she noticed
that a GSU Laptop was missing. A search of the area was conducted with
negative results.
