9/7/07
Kell Hall
07-0735Officers arrested a non-GSU individual for Criminal Trespass.
The suspect was seen using the bathroom in Kell Hall. Officers conducted
a criminal history check on the suspect which showed that he had an
active criminal trespass warning. The suspect was arrested, processed
and taken to Fulton County Jail.
9/9/07
Lofts
07-0729 Officers arrested a GSU student for Furnishing Liquor to a
Minor. The officers were called by the RA on duty to a loud noise call.
After entering the room officers observed 63 people in the lofts room.
Some of the guests were under the age of 21 but the resident was not.
The resident of the room was charge and arrested. He was later released
on a copy of charges.

Lofts Parking Deck
07-0733 A report was filed for theft from vehicle. The complainant, a
GSU student, stated that at 8:15 am he noticed that someone had taken
his presser washer out of the back of his truck. A search of the area
was conducted with negative results.
General Classroom Building
07-0734 A report was filed for theft from building. The complainant, a
GSU student, stated the while in class she noticed the man sitting next
to her get up and leave. After he left she noticed her wallet was
missing. A search of the area was conducted with negative results.

Commons Parking Deck
07-0736 A report was filed for Vandalism. The complainant, a GSU
student, stated that at 2:00 pm she noticed that someone had punched a
hole in her tire. The case is being handled by Investigations.
Lofts
07-0738 A report was filed for Theft of lost or mislaid property. The
complainant, a GSU student, stated that at 6:00 am she noticed her bike
was missing from the bike rack she locked it up on. A search of the
area was conducted with negative results.

M-Deck
07-0741 A report was filed for theft from vehicle. The complainant, a
GSU student, stated that at 4:45 pm she noticed that her trunk was
damaged and some CDs were missing. The case is being handled by
Investigations.
