The following is a summary of Georgia State University Police reports
from 7:00 a.m. September 26, 2007 through 7:00 a.m. September 27, 2007.

Arrests
9/26/07

Barbara Asher Square (5 Points)

Officers arrested two non-GSU individuals for Possession of Drugs with
intent to Distribute. While on patrol the officers detected the smell of
marijuana coming from the area of the suspects. The suspects were
arrested, processed and taken to Fulton County Jail.

Reports
9/26/07

Arts & Humanities

A report was filed for Theft of Lost/Mislaid Property. The complainant,
a GSU student, stated that she remembered having her cell phone on
9/18/07 while in the computer lab. When she went to use her cell phone
later, she discovered it was missing. She delayed making the report to
see if it would be turned in to lost and found. 

Broad Street (Bank of America)

A report was filed for Criminal Damage to Property. The complainant, a
non-GSU individual, stated that a customer became hostile about her
account issues. The suspect left the bank and later returned and kicked
the window on the door causing the glass to break.  A search of the
suspect was made with negative results.

Arts & Humanities

A report was filed for Theft by Taking. The complainant, a GSU student,
stated that he placed his duffle bag containing his laptop ($1500) in
his locker at 4:00 p.m. When he returned at 8:00 p.m. the lock was open
but still on the locker and the duffle bag had been taken.
