The following is a summary of Georgia State University Police reports
from 7:00 a.m. April 9, 2008 through 7:00 a.m. April 10, 2008.

Arrests
04/09/08
Park Place
08-0328	Officers arrested a Non-G.S.U. individual for Possession
of Marijuana. At 5:00 p.m. Officers observed the individual appear to be
rolling a marijuana cigarette. Once the individual began to smoke the
Officers smelled a strong odor of marijuana. Officers then made contact
with the suspect and confirmed the individual was in possession of
marijuana. The suspect was then arrested, processed and transported to
Atlanta Pre-Trial.

04/09/08
General Classroom Building
08-0326	A report was filed for Theft of Lost or Mislaid
Property. The complainant, a G.S.U. student stated at 11:00 a.m. he
placed his red-in-color Kappa bag containing various items beside him
and went to sleep. He stated when he awoke at 11:15 a.m. his Kappa bag
was missing. The area was checked with negative results.

04/09/08
Aderhold Learning Center
08-0327	A report was filed for Harassment. The complainant, a
G.S.U. student stated between 2:55 p.m. and 3:08 p.m. she received four
harassing text messages. The case is being handled by Investigations.
