The following is a summary of Georgia State University Police reports
from 7:00 a.m. April 25, 2008 through 7:00 a.m. April 28, 2008.

Arrests
04/26/08
University Commons Parking Deck
08-0381 	Officers arrested a Non-G.S.U. individual on an Agency
Assist.  At 9:35 p.m. Officers were advised of a Non-G.S.U. individual
intoxicated and disorderly. Officers made contact with the individual
and conducted a Criminal History Check which confirmed an active
warrant. The suspect was then arrested, processed and transported to
Fulton County Jail without incident.

04/27/08
Kell Hall
08-0383	Officers arrested a Non-G.S.U. individual for Drugs and
Criminal Trespass. At 12:03 p.m. officers were advised of an individual
attempting to break into a vending machine. Officers made contact with
the suspect and conducted a CTW check which indicated an active CTW.
During a search incident to arrest Officers located a small plastic bag
containing marijuana. The suspect was then arrested, processed and
transported to Fulton County Jail without incident.

04/27/08
Citizens Trust Bank
08-0384	Officers arrested a Non-G.S.U. individual for
Obstruction of Law Enforcement Officers and Terroristic Threats. At 5:53
p.m. officers were advised by a Non-G.S.U. individual that an unknown
individual was following her, cursing and threatening her. Officers made
contact with the individual which became verbally and physically
combative with officers. The suspect was then arrested, processed and
transported to Fulton County Jail.

General Classroom 
08-0378	A report was filed for Theft of Lost or Mislaid
Property. The complainant, a G.S.U. student, stated she noticed her
black-in-color Samsung cellular phone was missing. The case is being
handled by Investigations.

General Classroom 
08-0379	A report was filed for Theft of Lost or Mislaid
Property. The complainant, a G.S.U. student, stated she noticed her
pink-in-color Nano was missing. The case is being handled by
Investigations.  

04/25/08
Urban Life
08-0380 	Officers issued a Non-G.S.U. individual a Criminal
Trespass Warning. At 11:29 p.m. officers observed an individual sleeping
in the lobby of the building. Officers made contact with the individual.
The individual was issued a Criminal Trespass Warning and escorted off
campus without incident.

04/26/08
Park Place
08-0382	A report was filed for Entering Auto. At 11:10 p.m.
officers observed the drivers side window broken out of a vehicle. The
victim, a G.S.U. faculty member was advised. He stated he parked his
vehicle at 7:30 p.m. An inventory check of the vehicle was conducted
which revealed a Sirus satellite radio was missing. The case is being
handled by Investigations.

University Commons 
08-0385	A report was filed for Theft. The complainant, a G.S.U.
student, stated she noticed two pair of gold earrings and gold necklace
was missing from her desk. The case is being handled by Investigations.

G Parking Deck
08-0386	A report was filed for Motor Vehicle Theft. The
complainant, a G.S.U. staff member, stated he parked his vehicle on
04/25/08 at 10:00 a.m. and upon his return on 04/27/08 at 11:00 a.m. he
noticed glass on the ground where his vehicle had been parked and his
vehicle was missing. The case is being handled by Investigations.
