Arrests 02/23/08 University Commons 08-0148 Officers arrested two G.S.U. students and one Non-G.S.U. student for Under age Drinking. Officers were advised by a G.S.U. staff member that at 2:44 a.m. an intoxicated male was attempting to get into a room. Officers arrived and observed the suspect. Officers also observed two other individuals in the area extremely intoxicated. Due to the behavior (Obstruction) of one of the G.S.U. students and the Non-G.S.U. student they were both arrested, processed and transported to Fulton County Jail. The other G.S.U. student was released on a Copy of Charges. Reports 02/23/08 General Classroom Building 08-0149 A report was filed for Theft of Lost or Mislaid Property. The complainant a G.S.U. student stated that on 02/21/08 between 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. he realized his silver-in-color cell phone was missing. Arrests 02/25/08 K-Deck 08-0161 Officers arrested a Non-G.S.U. individual on an Agency Assist. At 7:14 p.m. officers observed the suspect looking into cars. Officers made contact with the suspect and conducted a criminal history check which indicated the suspect had an active warrant. The complainant, a Non-G.S.U. individual stated at 11:00 a.m. she noticed her cellular phone was missing. The complainant a G.S.U. staff member stated he last saw his G.S.U. gray-in-color Dell laptop on 08/01/07 at 6:00 p.m. He stated he was unable to confirm if the laptop had been reassigned. At 5:30 p.m. officers observed the individual approach several female students harassing them. On Tuesday, February 26, 2008, a GSU student reported that on February 26, 2008 at 2:25 p.m. while walking from the GSU Marta Station on Piedmont Ave a man approached her and grabbed her. The suspect then fled the area. There were no reported injuries and the suspect did not demand anything from the complainant. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5'9" in height, wearing earrings in each ear, a green jacket and dark colored pants.
