The following is a summary of Georgia State University Police reports
from 7:00 a.m. January 31, 2008 through 7:00 a.m. February 1, 2008.

 

Arrests

No arrests were made.

01/31/08

Library North

08-0080       A report was filed for Theft of Lost or Mislaid Property.
The complainant, a GSU student, stated that at 11:45 a.m. she noticed
her black Motorola Motokrzr II Verizon cellular phone was missing. A
search of the area was conducted with negative results.

                   

University Commons

08-0082       A report was filed for Battery. Officers heard loud
noises coming from a room while on patrol. Officers made contact with
two GSU students that stated they had been fighting. The Non-Commons
resident was issued a Criminal Trespass Warning for the Commons. The
case is being handled by Investigations.

 

University Commons

08-0083       Officers issued a Non-GSU individual a Criminal Trespass
Warning. The complainant, a GSU student, stated that at 6:33 p.m. he
observed a vehicle follow him into the Commons Parking Deck. Officers
made contact with the Non-GSU individual which stated he entered the
Commons Parking Deck unlawfully. The suspect was issued a Criminal
Trespass Warning and escorted off campus without incident.
