The following is a summary of Georgia State University Police reports
from 7:00 a.m. February 1, 2008 through 7:00 a.m. February 4, 2008.

 

Arrests

02/03/08

                   Piedmont/John Wesley Dobbs

                   08-0087       Officers arrested a Non-GSU individual
for Loitering. Officers observed the suspect at 6:07 p.m. standing at
the rear of the Shell Station for along period of time. He was then
observed placing a tobacco like substance onto rolling paper. Officers
approached the suspect and he fled the area. Officers made contact with
the suspect. The suspect was arrested, processed and taken to Fulton
County Jail

02/02/08

University Commons

08-0085       Officers issued a Non-GSU individual a Criminal Trespass
Warning. Officers observed the individual at 11:52 p.m. walking through
the Commons Parking Deck shouting profanities. Officers made contact
with the suspect. The suspect was issued a Criminal Trespass Warning and
escorted off campus without incident. 

                                                      

                        02/03/08

                   Courtland Building

                   08-0086       A report was filed for Vandalism. The
complainant, a GSU staff member, stated that at 6:05 a.m. he noticed
that a fire extinguisher had been activated causing damage to a time
clock. The case is being handled by Investigations.
