The following is a summary of Georgia State University Police reports
from 7:00 a.m. February 18, 2008 through 7:00 a.m. February 19, 2008.


Arrests
02/18/08
University Commons
08-0133	Officers arrested a Non-GSU individual for Battery. The
complainant a Non-GSU individual stated, that at 3:30 p.m. he had asked
the suspect several times to leave his establishment (Jittery Joes) due
to him panhandling. The suspect then slapped the complainant in the
face. Officers made contact with the suspect. He was then arrested,
processed and transported to Fulton County Jail.

02/18/08	
Commons Parking Deck
08-0129	A report was filed for Damage to Property. The
complainant a GSU student stated that at 9:00 a.m. the parking deck gate
arm fell on top of her vehicle causing damage. The case is being handled
by Investigations.

G Parking Deck
08-0131	A report was filed for Entering Auto.  The complainant a
GSU faculty member, stated that a GSU van was parked on 02/08/08 at 5:00
p.m. and that GSU Police Officers observed a window broken on 02/15/08
at 3:00 a.m. The case is being handled by Investigations.
