The following is a summary of Georgia State University Police reports
from 7:00 a.m. February 20, 2008 through 7:00 a.m. February 21, 2008.


Arrests
02/20/08	
G Parking Deck
08-0138	Officers arrested a Non-G.S.U. individual for Criminal
Trespass. Officers were advised by a G.S.U. staff member that at 7:24
a.m. an individual was sleeping on the 7th floor stairwell. Officers
made contact with the individual. Officers then conducted a Criminal
Trespass Warning Check which indicated the suspect had an active C.T.W.
Offices then issued the suspect another C.T.W. and released him on a
copy of charges to appear in the Fulton County State Court.

02/20/08
Campus
08-0139	A report was filed for Harassment. The complainant a
G.S.U. student stated that on 02/06/08 between 9:54 a.m. and 11:55 a.m.
he received two harassing e-mails. The case is being handled by
Investigations.
     
02/20/08
Aderhold Learning Center
08-0140	A report was filed for Harassment. The complainant a
G.S.U. student stated that at 9:00 a.m. another G.S.U. student
approached her requesting to take nude photos of her. She stated he had
also approached her Fall Semester requesting to take the same photos.
Both incidents she advised him she was not interested. The case is being
handled by Investigations.

One Park Tower
08-0141	A report was filed for Theft. The complainant a G.S.U.
student stated that at 1:50 p.m. he placed his backpack under his deck
and departed the area. He stated upon his return at 2:00 p.m. he
discovered various items were stolen from his backpack. The case is
being handled by Investigations.
