The following is a summary of Georgia State University Police reports
from 7:00 a.m. February 22, 2008 through 7:00 a.m. February 25, 2008.

Arrests
02/23/08
University Commons
08-0148	Officers arrested two G.S.U. students and one Non-G.S.U.
student for Under age Drinking. Officers were advised by a G.S.U. staff
member that at 2:44 a.m. an intoxicated male was attempting to get into
a room. Officers arrived and observed the suspect. Officers also
observed two other individuals in the area extremely intoxicated. Due to
the behavior (Obstruction) of one of the G.S.U. students and the
Non-G.S.U. student they were both arrested, processed and transported to
Fulton County Jail. The other G.S.U. student was released on a Copy of
Charges.

Reports
02/23/08
General Classroom Building
08-0149	A report was filed for Theft of Lost or Mislaid
Property. The complainant a G.S.U. student stated that on 02/21/08
between 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. he realized his silver-in-color cell
phone was missing.  A search of the area was conducted with negative
results.     

02/23/08
Art & Humanities
08-0150	A report was filed for Criminal Trespass. The
complainant a G.S.U. staff member stated that at 5:00 p.m. he noticed
the Gilmer St. side doors, glass panels had been shattered. The case is
being handled by Investigations.
		
02/24/08
Edgewood Ave.
08-0151	A report was filed for Entering Auto. The complainant a
Non-G.S.U. individual stated that she parked her vehicle on 02/23/08 at
11:30 p.m. and upon her return on 02/24/08 at 3:15 a.m. she noticed
someone had entered her vehicle and had stolen various items. There were
no signs of forced entry. The victim stated she had left the vehicle
unsecured. The case is being handled by Investigations.		

02/24/08
Gilmer St.
08-0152	 A report was filed for Entering Auto. The complainant a
Non-G.S.U. individual stated that he parked his vehicle at 4:30 p.m. and
upon his return at 9:38 p.m. he noticed his front driver’s side window
completely broken. He stated his TOM TOM navigation system had been
stolen. The case is being handled by Investigations.
		
02/25/08
University Commons Retail
08-0153	 A report was filed for Assault. The complainant a
G.S.U. student stated that at 5:00 a.m. an unknown individual began to
strike him in his face and proceeded to run into the Commons area. The
case is being handled by Investigations.
