The following is a summary of Georgia State University Police reports
from 7:00 a.m. January 03, 2008 through 7:00 a.m. January 7, 2008.

 

Arrests




 

1/3/07

Walton St

07-0009       Officers arrested a Non-GSU individual for Driving While
License Suspended or Revoked. Officers observed the individual run a red
light and proceeded to make a traffic stop. Officers then ran a criminal
history check which indicated his licenses had been suspended. The
individual was arrested, processed and transported to Fulton County
Jail.

1/4/07

Peachtree Center Ave

08-0013       A report was filed for Theft of Lost or Mislaid Property.
 The complainant, a GSU Student, stated that she lost her cell phone and
proceeded to call the phone. She then stated that an unknown individual,
who was a Non-GSU individual, answered her phone and stated he would
return it for twenty dollars. Officers made contact with the individual
and the complainant refused to prosecute. The suspect was then
photographed and released.
