The following is a summary of Georgia State University Police reports
from 7:00 a.m. January 09, 2008 through 7:00 a.m. January 10, 2008.

Arrests

01/09/08
Marietta St.
08-0019	Officers arrested two Non-GSU individuals. One of the
individuals was arrested for Aggravated Battery and one was arrested for
Obstruction. The officers observed the suspects striking another Non-GSU
individual. The suspects were arrested, processed and taken to Fulton
County Jail.

08-0016    A report was filed for Theft of Lost or Mislaid Property.
The complainant, Non-GSU, stated that at 9:30pm on 01/08/08 he noticed
tables and chairs were missing. The case is being handled by
Investigations.

08-0017	A report was filed for Theft from Building. The
complainant, a GSU staff member, stated that at 12:00pm she noticed her
cellular phone was missing. A search of the area was conducted with
negative results.

08-0018	A report was filed for Theft from Building. The
complainant, a GSU staff member, stated on 01/06/08 at 8:00am he noticed
two cases of candy and on case of energy drinks were missing. The case
is being handled by Investigations.

08-0020	A report was filed for Affray. The complainants, two GSU
students, stated that at 9:00pm they both were involved in a physical
fight. The case is being handled by Investigations.
