The following is a summary of Georgia State University Police reports
from 7:00 a.m. January 18, 2008 through 7:00 a.m. January 22, 2008.

 

Arrests

 

01/18/08

University Book Store

08-0058       Officers arrested a GSU student for Shoplifting. The
complainant, a GSU staff member stated that at 1:50 p.m. he observed the
suspect put three textbooks in his bag and exit the bookstore. The
suspect was arrested, processed and taken to Fulton County Jail.

 

                    Reports

 

                     01/18/08

                   Sports Arena

08-0056       A report was filed for Theft of Lost or Mislaid Property.
The complainant, a GSU staff member, stated that at 10:58 a.m. he
noticed his black wallet containing various items missing. A search of
the area was conducted with negative results.

 

Urban Life

08-0057       Officers issued a Non-GSU individual a Criminal Trespass
Warning. Officers observed the suspect panhandling. Officers then issued
the suspect a Criminal Trespass Warning and escorted him off campus
without incident.
