Georgia State University Police Department
The following is a summary of Georgia State University Police reports
from 7:00 a.m. January 28, 2008 through 7:00 a.m. January 29, 2008.

Arrests

1/28/08
Fairlie / Marietta St. 
08-0076	Officers arrested a Non-GSU individual for Battery.  At
11:45 a.m. Officers were advised by two witnesses that a female had been
hit in the face. Officers then made contact with a Non-GSU individual
that had visible bruising. The suspect was arrested, processed and
transported to Fulton County Jail.

1/28/08	
Andrew Young Policy Studies
08-0074	A report was filed for Fraud. The complainant, a GSU
faculty member, stated that at 10:00 a.m. on 01/21/08 she discovered
that ten gift cards with monetary value, had been replaced with gift
cards with no monetary value. The case is being handled by
Investigations. 	

	
		
University Center
08-0075   A report was filed for Theft of Lost or Mislaid Property. The
complainant, a GSU student, stated that at 11:20 a.m. she noticed her
black wallet containing various items missing. A search of the area was
conducted with negative results.
