The following is a summary of Georgia State University Police reports
from 7:00 a.m. July 21, 2008 through 7:00 a.m. July 24, 2008.

Arrests

07/23/08

University Commons

08-0569      Officers arrested a GSU student on an Agency Assist.  At
11:34 p.m. officers were advised that a felony warrant had been issued
for a student out of Cobb County. The student was located, arrested and
taken to Fulton County Jail for transport to Cobb County. 

Reports

07/22/08

Library Plaza

08-0565      A report was filed for Criminal Trespass Warning. The
complainant, a GSU staff member stated he advised two non-GSU
individuals not to return to the library due to misuse of the computer.
A criminal history check was ran on both individuals with no results.
They were both given a CTW and escorted off campus. 

Lanier Parking Lot

08-0566      An Agency Assist report was filed by an officer. The
officer found a non-GSU individual breaking into a vehicle in the Lanier
Parking Lot. Atlanta Police arrived and the suspect was placed under
arrest. 

Piedmont Avenue

08-0567      A report was filed for Theft By Taking. The complainant, a
GSU student stated that he parked his bicycle at the bike rack in front
of the Recreation Center at 3:00 p.m. When he returned at 9:00 p.m. he
discovered that his bike had been stolen.
