Georgia State University Police Department
The following is a summary of Georgia State University Police reports
from 7:00 a.m. March 11, 2008 through 7:00 a.m. March 12, 2008.

Arrests
03/11/08
Peachtree St. / Marietta St.
08-0206	Officers arrested a Non-G.S.U. individual on an Agency
Assist.  At 12:20 p.m. Officers observed the suspect Fail to Yield to
Pedestrians in the Crosswalk. Officers then made contact with the
suspect and ran a G.C.I.C. which yielded an active warrant. The suspect
was then arrested, processed and transported to Fulton County Jail.

Reports
03/11/08
M-Parking Deck
08-0207	A report was filed for Entering Auto. The complainant, a
G.S.U. student stated she parked her vehicle at 10:45 a.m. and upon her
return she noticed her rear driver’s side window shattered. The case
is being handled by Investigations.

03/11/08
G.S.U. Campus
08-0208	 Officers issued a Non-G.S.U. individual a Criminal
Trespass Warning. At 4:00 p.m. officers observed the suspect panhandling
on campus. The suspect was issued a Criminal Trespass Warning and
escorted off campus without incident.

08-0210	A report was filed for Entering Auto. The complainant, a
G.S.U. student stated she parked her vehicle at 11:00 a.m. and upon her
return she noticed her rear passenger side window shattered. The case is
being handled by Investigations.

University Commons
08-0211	A report was filed for Assault. The complainant, a
G.S.U. student stated at 11:30 p.m. while visiting a friend his
ex-girlfriends current boyfriend hit him in the face a fled the area.
The case is being handled by Investigations.
